Background on a mysterious unsolved murder in the Mojave Desert in 1974 affecting folks from Louisiana to Chicago to LA.
Douglas Walker grew up in the far north suburbs of Chicago in the towns of Mundelein and Libertyville through the 1960s and 1970s. Upon graduation from Catholic High School in 1977, Walker attended Western Illinois University where he graduated in 1983 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with Emphasis in Marketing. He began a sales career in Industrial Electronics Distribution at a regional organization in Milwaukee before moving to a larger Electronics firm. He lived in Waukesha and Wales, and traveled the state extensively working with high tech companies. Walker moved to Minnesota in the late 1980s, and lived in the Minneapolis suburbs of Apple Valley, Cottage Grove, and Rosemount. Until 2016 he collaborated with high tech organizations in Minnesota, northwest Wisconsin, and North and South Dakota. Retiring in his middle 50s, Walker and his wife Loretta relocated to the mountains of western Montana fulfilling a lifelong dream of having a regular mountain landscape to enjoy. This is where he put Daniel My Brother to pages. "Doug, Limitations, there really are none. Only the ones we put on ourselves." Love, Danny
