Having studied psychology for over 25 years and applied the principles to my own life, I have learned that all of us are subject to stress, anxiety and mental health disorders regardless of our status, wealth or appearance (myself included). Trained in many different therapy techniques I have a passion for individuals to attain to their highest levels of achievement in any area of their lives. Having successfully supported many people over the years and working with a diverse range of mental health disorders from all backgrounds, I am passionate to bring out the best in every individual I work with. This can be in their personal life, in relationships or in business. I believe that no one should live in fear of stress and anxiety and that we can all learn to live successful and motivated lives.
